What is a Home Inspection?

It is a thorough, non invasive, visual examination of a home’s structure and utilities on the day of inspection. Beginning with the roof, proceeding through the structure and systems and ending at the foundation. Of particular importance are the electrical systems and plumbing. The inspection also takes into account walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors as well as the foundation including the basement if one exists, crawl space or slab and any foundational structure.

The home inspection report will give an overview of the condition of the home’s internal and external condition from the interior plumbing, the electrical and HVAC, attic and basement space, and any other elements.

During the Inspection, we will build your report as we go. We include high resolution pictures, thermal images, videos, helpful links and websites, as well as our recommendations for repairs.
